Stephen D. Waldron, CPA, Partner
Stephen Waldron is a native of Las Vegas and has 15 years experience in the accounting field. He has been a member of Layton Layton & Tobler since 1996 and became a partner in 2002. Having received his Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University, his experience has concentrated in the field of auditing; working with various not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, and homeowners assocations and labor unions.
In addition to audit work, Stephen also works with individuals, partnerships, LLCs and corporations in tax and various services.
Stephen is also active in his community and serves on various boards. He is currently serving as treasurer to the Foundation to Assist Young Musicians (FAYM), which he assisted in organizing, and serves on the board of directors for H. Dale Tobler Rotary Charities, known for its "Happy Feet" program, which provides elementary school children with needed shoes and socks. He and his wife have adopted six children and both are actively involved in the Nevada Chapter of Families Supporting Adoption (FSA) where they serve as co-chairs. He is also a member of the North Las Vegas Rotary Club.
Stephen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.
